Being with negative people is truly very contagious. At first it can be very annoying until, somehow, we don't quite realize that their negativity is rubbing on us. We slowly become one. Sometimes, it seems quite easier to criticize others, to be among the population that complains, but not take initiative. This article speaks true. If possible, we escape the source of negative influence, as we choose our company anyway. We should conquer inertia and seek more inspiration so that we can keep calm and be more pleasant with things. If we can reach a point of calm in ourselves then it will be easy to extend understanding to those negative people. Like in the article, "people who are a pain are often people in pain. " When we understand them, we don't necessarily have to react to their every whine. We can help them understand too, and see things differently.
