		<description>Well I don&#039;t any have kids yet just like the post said, &quot;leadership by example&quot; you should be a role model for your kids if you really wanted them to be healthy. You as a parent should mold your children to be disciplined in their eating habits. On an early age you should always teach them the importance of good nutrition. Encourage them not to eat junk foods. It is very hard these days to monitor our kids every time especially when they are in school or outside because influences are very hard to resist, nevertheless, you as a parent must teach them or control them if they go over board.

There are many tips to actually help your children resort from eating junk food. I suggest you always see to it that the food you prepare is appealing to their senses. You should also prepare some healthy snacks during the afternoon to refrain them from eating junk foods. Give them packed lunch and not money because this will only let them buy junk food. 

Always check your child&#039;s eating habits train them to be responsible in the actions and definitely this would actually help your children.</description>

		<description>Junk foods have now become part of children&#039;s everyday diet. Most of the time, they even constitute most of what’s in a meal. Junk food doesn’t necessarily refer to a mixture of flour and other ingredients, fried and spiced and then sealed in packs. Any type of food with too much additives, which has gone through several processes, and doesn’t contain the proper nutritional amounts needed for the body can be considered junk. These not only includes chips and candies but even fastfood items which are packed with so much fat, salt and sugar, thus contributing to a growing number in cases of childhood obesity. It is a common knowledge to everyone that these types of foods are no good for the body, but we keep eating them anyway because it makes us feel good. For kids, healthy = boring. They must be taught that eating nutritious foods is not only good for their body but it can be fun. Involve them in food preparations and let them do simple tasks; that way they’d be glad to contribute in making their own food and it might make the foods seem more interesting and appealing. Presentation is also very important, because we eat with our eyes first. Learn how to use it to your advantage, mix brightly colored fruits and vegetables and cut them in interesting shapes and sizes. How food looks like could be the determining factor if the child is going to eat it or not. An initiative must start from the parents if they want their children to quit unhealthy eating habits.</description>
