		<description>Implementing changes in the workplace is so hard to deal with especially when people tend to have a high expectation in the organization. Well, for me, this requires proper communication and cooperation with all the people concern in the workplace. On the management side, they need to dissemenate information to their subordinates the need to do some cost cutting procedures within the organization. While on the employees side, once that management tells them about the budget thing that they need to do..employees should have a sense of responsibility and needs to cooperate with their management for them to attain their common goal. Some of the companies, instead of reducing people in the organization, they just tend to do cost cutting to be able to cope up with economic crisis...There are many ways of budget cuts that a company could do...the easiest thing is the office supplies. Office supplies can be bought in bulk orders to have a free shipment or look for generic brands at affordable prices.They can reduce  the use of paper in the office..instead of using new bond paper for photo copy thing,they can use the back of old bond papers that is not needed anymore. Leasing of some office equipments, like fax,photo copy,computers is good because it has a maintenance free,and all other things..All of these cost cutting will be successful if the employees within the organization will help management about it. Worst thing here is lay offs, when employee feels that there will be a layoff in the organization as part of budget cost. As an employee, dont get absent or late coming to work. Do all the needed reports and info needed by your boss. Work well, and your boss need to feel that you are worth keeping for....</description>
