		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more on the last part when you said that people with disabilities should have the right skills for the position.  A few months back, my parents  made the mistake of hiring someone partly deaf to become an attendant in their internet cafe.  The guy was nice and all but he didn&#039;t tell my parents about his disability from the very beginning.  As a result, many customers got angry at him when he was already on the job because they thought he was just ignoring them.  It was heartbreaking for my parents to make him resign knowing how hard it was for him to find a job.  However, people with disability should really accept their limitations and bank on other skills they possess to find a suitable job.  And like you said, they should really be honest about their disabilities too so that employers can also protect them from embarrassing situations.</description>
